Shaking table for glod
Shaking table is one of the main equipments of gravity beneficiation in the gold processing equipment, mainly used in the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other rare metals and precious metal ores , can also be used in coal mines. It can be used in different operations such as roughing, beneficiation, sweeping, etc., and separate coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), ore slime (-0.074) and other different particle sizes. Working principle
The mineral processing process of the shaking table is carried out on the inclined bed surface with rebound strips. The ore particles are fed from the ore feed chute, and the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the water supply tank. When the ore particles are under gravity and the force of the transverse flow water, the bed surface is under the action of inertia and friction generated by reciprocating asymmetric motion, the materials are layered according to specific gravity and particle size. Therefore, ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually flow down in a fan shape along their respective directions of movement, and are discharged from different areas on the concentrate end and tailings side respectively, and are finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
