Structure and Principle

The raw materials is put into feeding hopper, and the grille can remove the larger alluvial rock into drum trommel , and because of watering, powering, gravity power, the raw material is pushed into drum trommel. After rotating and watering, materials are shaken and screened. The materials with small diameter drops down into sluice box. And the materials with larger diameter is discharged through the tail.

Towing hook : It connects with the trailer for better movement.

Grille : It prevent large pieces from entering the roller. The steel bar diameter is 20mm and bar spacing is 50mm

Motor: It connects the reducer and chain to drive the drum to rotate.

Feeding hopper: the bottom is declining. The volume is 0.5 m³.

Drum trommel : It screen raw materials by gravity and water pressure.

The screen mesh : It is made of manganese woven. The whole mesh is divide into two parts, the first section of mini gold trommel is 910mm steel drum, the second section is 840mm with manganese wire mesh 5mm.

Tire : The number of tires with diameter 500 mm-650 mm can be selected as 4 or 2.

The sluice box : The screened material is put into sluice box. The size is 350 mm * 1500 mm or as requirenments.

The tail : The other material come out of the roller in the angular rotatable tail plate.

The angle iron: It is set in trommel screen mesh for materials moving backward.
