Comprehensive winnowing machine: the waste sorting machine adopts comprehensive sorting management integrating proportion, volume, cyclone separation, bounce separation, magnetic separation methods together and solves many existing problems of other MSW sorting equipment. These problems include single simple classification, low pureness, and too much odorous gas released.
Garbage bag crusher: the machine integrates the function of bag breaking, crushing and other disposal. Garbage bags can be automatically ripped and large pieces of organic matters can be automatically broken. When the machine encounters hard matters, three-section hammering cutter could be bent to reduce the inorganic objects broken rate to the lowest.
Big garbage sorting machine: all big garbage can be fully separated (particle size is larger than 400 mm, separation rate 99%). Sandy separation rate is 95% (particle size below 30 mm, aperture can be adjusted according to garbage composition), the separation rate of organic compounds is 25% to 30% (within 30mm), and the machine can breaks all packaged bag if volume is larger in the garbage.
Smooth auto-feeder: specially designed installation angle of feeder can realize evenly feeding without any auxiliary measures. The garbage truck can directly discharge material to the hopper of equipment for saving the running time of grabbing bucket.
Where Does the Garbage Go After Sorting Most of the garbage:
Plastic: can be reprocessed by plastic pyrolysis machine to get plastic oil and carbon black, then get diesel by crude oil distillation unit; can be pelletized into plastic pellets by plastic pelletizing machine;
Metal: can be used to produce steel materials;
Organic: can get biogas from fermentation system;
