Structure and Principle: The mobile trommel screen is mainly composed of silo, screen drum, idler assembly, transmission part, discharge conveyor, brush, underframe, rear axle, traction, diesel generator, control cabinet, protective cover and other parts. The basic working principle of the trommel screen: the material is poured into the silo by the loader, and transported to the trommel screen by the conveyor on the silo, and then the motor reducer drives the idler to rotate the screen cylinder, and the material particles in the screen cylinder follow the screen. The drum rotates to a certain height, is thrown and dropped by gravity, and is filtered through the screen to form a screening. Finally, the screened materials are transported to different places by different conveyors. Characteristic of trommel screen: 1.Convenient feeding and efficient discharge. The machine is equipped with a feeding conveyor in the hopper, so that the material is conveyed to the drum through the conveyor after the hopper, so that the feeding is smooth; and it is equipped with 2 side discharge conveyors, which can convey the sieved fine material to a different orientation to prevent bottom stacking. 2.High screening efficiency: Material rides on the screening surface for effective separation. The equipment can be equipped with cleaning brush. In the screening process, the materials entering the screening cylinder can be screened according to impurities and dirt to improve the screening efficiency of the equipment. 3. The screening composition is large and easy to enlarge: In the same size, the circular area is larger than other shapes, so the effective screening area is large, so that the material can fully contact the screening, so that the screening component per unit time is large. 4. Good working environment: The whole screening cylinder can be sealed with a sealed isolation cover to completely eliminate dust and block splashing during screening and avoid pollution to the working environment. 5.Quick and easy drum changes – No tools.
